I left two reviews and asked for someone to call me back but had no luck. This has been the case since August 18.
No one cared to call or email me back at all, which is very poor customer service. I left my number and email, and received nothing.

Your Chicago location at 56 W.
Randolph is in violation of the Chicago Truth in Employee's Schedule Law three times in less than seven days in the month of August. The violations occurred on August 24, 27, and 30, 2024.
- Employees are not respected
Preferred solution: Transferred to a new Chicago Store, Manager Johnathan from 56 W. Randolph has engaged in hostile retaliation with me, changing my schedule at the very last minute when I show up on time without just cause in violation of the City of Chicago Law.
Incorrect order
They are refusing to give me a refund for a complete wrong order delivered to me . They gave me the run around for a while week .
I'm still waiting .
I won't order from here again . Just want my refund.
Emailed coupon that did not work in restaurant
Corner Bakery used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Many good meals and good people.
Then prices kept going up and portion sizes shrinking and many issues with offers. This is not the first time a coupon emailed to me did not work in restaurant. Often time staff either treat it like it is my fault or that it is from the company and they can not do anything to help. Also, if it is a problem with the app they say there is nothing they can do, because they are not allowed by Corner Bakery to make it right with customers.
It seems Corner Bakery has forgotten to put the customer first. And in fact, does not seem to have interest in providing good customer service any more.
Sadness. Their only phone number 800309**** does not work.

The cashier and other counter personnel were not engaging with customers. No 'Good morning,' hard butter for pancakes, and no one said, 'This is your food.'.
I had to ask, 'Was this my food?'.
I was not told which register to come to. I would have given you a zero for customer service if I could.

Called our nearest restaurant (7 miles) and spoke to employee to make sure they had linguine With meatballs. after hearing the employee talking to someone else she said they did have them.
upon arriving and paying for my order.The manager came and told us he was sorrry but they didnt have the meatballs.
my wife and I were so angry because we called ahead of time and they told us they had everything! the manager didnt offer to make up for the inconvenience,so we ate somewhere else.
Hair in sandwich
Found a piece of hair in the panini which is disgusting. Called store complained. Manager apologized but I dont really think he took it serious.

I was at work at the pearl Street downtown Dallas location where my general manager was talking down to me told me to shut up and get to portioning the cream cheese brownies and the lemon bars then she proceeded to the kitchen and I heard her talk to Patty the lady that's over the catering and she told her that she told me to shut up I got my purse and jacket and walked out I need to speak with Tony or Angel
Disappointed customer
I work as an RN. I was sitting at an outdoor table, waiting for my client so we could have lunch.
The table had bird *** and a feather on it. I went into the Cafe. Matthew said he saw me out there and it looked like I was having trouble. I said it was intrusive and asked if someone could wipe off the table.
Someone did, but they told me I was rude. She said that the tables are old and the dirt might not come off, but I said it did. She told me because I had not ordered anything, she was going to call someone to have me leave. There were several open tables.
When my client met me, we decided to go elsewhere.
I told the server I would complain to corporate, but she said corporate won't answer. Never eat there - the customer service is horrific.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
I understand that u do catering at 38th & Market St, but it's not fair to those who come into your store and spend money and cannot get the favorite cookie of their choice!!
I think u need to make 50 Chocolate Chip Cookies for catering and 50 Chocolate Chip Cookies for the customers..
I would like to see some changes when it comes to this..
Problem using the app
I cannot login to the app to place an order and to get rewards. Its been months and I cannot find a way to reach someone to help me.

Arrived 30 minutes before posted store hours indicating Store Closes at 9 pm. Was turned away from ordering unless it was a to-go. Went home and ended up making sandwiches at home.
