Ordered the choose two soup and 1/2 sandwich at store 1528 in Centennial, Colorado, on June 3rd. The tiny half of the sandwich was so small that I asked to speak to the manager.
He said the chicken salad sandwich is on a croissant, and what I received was half of the smallest croissant I ever saw.
It was three bites. I got a sorry after I said I would never return.

Ordered the choose two for lunch on Tuesday at store 1528. Tiniest half a sandwich I have ever received.
Spoke to the manager about the three-bite sandwich.
He said it was half a croissant. I said I won't be back and all he said was sorry.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I shared with management that I was going tobreport the poor service and disrespect to corporate.
He went frantic offered me anything u wanted to order.
I told him that's okay. Therefore he just refunded my money.
I ordered a cup of chicken soup to go. It was filled half way and was put in a dirty bag.
I had tomatoe sauce on the bottom of my bag which was unsanitary. I complained to management they tried to justify the complaint in favoring the employee, not the customer's concern. I had to make it clear that this was unjustified the customer is always right. I then go to get another offered cup of soup or my money back of 7.65.
I ask the manger, Ollie he comes to talk and while showing him pictures of the dirty bag and unfilled cup of soup. One of his female employees was laughing at the matter behind his back. I then stopped complaining and stated how disrespectful your employee is behaving. She thinks my issue is hilarious and funny.
Laughing smirk to her peer. I became more upset and management staed he'd talk to her instead of dealing with the situation at the time. Reassuring me that she would be dealt with. He didn't seem very concerned as she didn't.
I asked for corporate number and then he decided to reimbursement of my entire bill. I left very upset but in a civil manner. I'll never eat their again sure to the very poor service, disrespect of employee's and the unsanitary issue's.
It's a joke to be a returning customer and be treated this way. Had she been fired than I'm sure she'd not be laughing or smirking.

Stephanie was amazing. She is a diamond star at the store.
She made my visit wonderful. I will be back because of Stephanie. Stephanie is an extremely hard worker. She was courteous but not invasive.
She really made me feel welcome. I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. Great food.
Ingredients were fresh and delicious. The place was very clean

Getting less than the package says which is against the law.
Corner Bakery was not aware that it is against the law to have incorrect info on the label regarding the net weight. They said to throw away the ones I purchased with the incorrect weight since they can't sell them now so we did and they gave us 2 new ones with the correct weight so it was a success for us. Thank you for checking..

Still haven’t been resolved or even a phone call and I have emailed 4 times and nothing they just don’t care about us the customer
I left two reviews and asked for someone to call me back but had no luck. This has been the case since August 18.
No one cared to call or email me back at all, which is very poor customer service. I left my number and email, and received nothing.

Gift card inop
Purchased 2 25 dollar gift cards. Upon trying to redeem them I was informed the cards are invalid. The managers are working to figure out why

Extremely rude server/manager. Added a tip by himself of 30% and said I did it.

Then my soup to go had no spoon. Awefull
Out of several items. Gave me a plastic spoon for my soup.
When I left I got soup to go. I looked at my bill and said why is small soup almost 9 dollars. Then I saw he put a 20% tip on bill. He said I did it and couldnt take it off!!!
And didnt put a spoon in bag. Horrible

Randolph is in violation of the Chicago Truth in Employee's Schedule Law three times in less than seven days in the month of August. The violations occurred on August 24, 27, and 30, 2024.

Preferred solution: Transferred to a new Chicago Store, Manager Johnathan from 56 W. Randolph has engaged in hostile retaliation with me, changing my schedule at the very last minute when I show up on time without just cause in violation of the City of Chicago Law.

Emailed coupon that did not work in restaurant
Corner Bakery used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Many good meals and good people.
Then prices kept going up and portion sizes shrinking and many issues with offers. This is not the first time a coupon emailed to me did not work in restaurant. Often time staff either treat it like it is my fault or that it is from the company and they can not do anything to help. Also, if it is a problem with the app they say there is nothing they can do, because they are not allowed by Corner Bakery to make it right with customers.
It seems Corner Bakery has forgotten to put the customer first. And in fact, does not seem to have interest in providing good customer service any more.
Sadness. Their only phone number 800309**** does not work.

They are refusing to give me a refund for a complete wrong order delivered to me . They gave me the run around for a while week .

The cashier and other counter personnel were not engaging with customers. No 'Good morning,' hard butter for pancakes, and no one said, 'This is your food.'.
I had to ask, 'Was this my food?'.
I was not told which register to come to. I would have given you a zero for customer service if I could.
